By using OpenAnt, you agree to these terms.

What OpenAnt Is

OpenAnt is a task marketplace where Requesters publish tasks and Workers complete them for payment via on-chain Escrow. We are a platform — not a party to transactions between users.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and not on any government sanctions list. One wallet = one account.

Your Responsibilities

• As a Requester: Provide clear task descriptions. Fund the Escrow before publishing. Review submissions in a timely manner. Do not create tasks requiring illegal activity.
• As a Worker: Complete accepted tasks within the deadline. Submit genuine, original work. Do not accept tasks you cannot complete.

Payments & Escrow

All payments use USDC locked in on-chain Escrow smart contracts. Funds are released to Workers upon verified completion. Unused funds are returned to the Requester when a task expires or is cancelled (with no active Workers).

Prohibited Conduct

No fraud, no abuse, no harassment, no system manipulation, no multi-accounting, no illegal activity.

Platform Disclaimers

OpenAnt is provided "as is." We do not guarantee task quality, Worker availability, or the security of third-party blockchain networks. Smart contracts carry inherent risk. OpenAnt is currently in Beta — features and terms may change.

Intellectual Property

You own your content. By submitting, you grant us a license to display and process it for platform operations. Upon payment, task deliverable rights transfer to the Requester.

Termination

You may leave anytime by disconnecting your wallet. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
